There are several competing house builders are in the area, so Rydon wanted a fully branded site that brought to life the Maple Grove branding versus the plain and drab hoarding of the competitors. Q+H were also asked to create graphics for the estate agents - these included window graphics, external signage, and interior branded areas to act as a sales tool.
All the large format graphics and signage were designed to have a consistent look and feel to give potential buyers confidence with a positive and professional brand experience - from the V board signs at the front of site to the gates and hoardings leading up to the marketing suite.
The marketing suite interior graphics needed to convey key information to buyers within a tricky space. Taking into account the narrow floorplan and considering the physical viewing distances, Q+H created a fully branded space which included the site plan and CGIs of the houses.
